Air systems of today are NOT something you want to “cut corners” with! New types of refrigerants run at higher pressures and have very different installation and start up procedures then units only 4 or 5 years old!

Almost every Puron system specifically asks for “triple evacuation” on the refrigerant lines. Also, Nitrogen purge while brazing. I have asked around- Even the people that I buy the systems from have never heard of “triple evacuation”, Even though it is in the book in almost Every unit they sell! Blue Star installs all materials exactly the way that the manufacture recommends, even if it is difficult, we do the job right!

CITY PERMITS REQUIRED BY LAW AS WELL AS HERZ CERTIFICATION AND INSPECTION.
Blue Star will gladly take care of all of the City and State permits and inspections that California laws require. If your ducts leak to much air they will not pass HERZ testing. Without the HERZ, your city will fail your final inspection! Blue Star deals with all of the “red tape” and seamlessly gets you through the process with very little headache by meeting with inspectors for you (if you want us to).
