About the Owner: He was raised in Antioch area and is a highly motivated individual that started fixing heating and air for families and businesses in 1998. He worked Repairing, replacing and selling for 5 HVAC companies in central CA and even ran a shop with an out of state owner. “The more I work the better I get and the more I see that there is a REAL market and a REAL need for The Honest Airmen!”
Jeff is highly involved in the community being an active participant in the Chamber of Commerce, holding the title of Ambassador for four years and Chief Ambassador for three years, multiple networking groups and contributing to local schools.

Our office has a lot going on every single day. There are lots calls and details every single day. Until very recently Jeff would field all the calls and coordinate all scheduling,order all parts and equipment,AND do a full day of field work mixed in with a full scale marketing strategy that would strain and challenge even the most experienced and talented entrepreneur!
That all changed when we hired Sabrina Pedrotte! Sabrina showed the team that there are smart ways to dispatch and run our teams that can reduce stress on all of us, also improving company overall performance. Almost every day she comes to me with an idea to help the company run more smart and smooth! She has a clear view of what the guys are up against and coordinates the office with flair and sometimes she even makes it look easy!
She was first taught by a company that we hired in to help us relocate the office to our current location and as soon as the re-locating company was gone she JUMPED on opportunities she saw that may have otherwise been lost. Working the calendar program better than they ever did amongst other things.
One of the most important parts of the Blue Star Corp, Sabrina, OR Bri,our office manager, shows each customer individual respect and gives them time and follow-up consideration. She RARELY goofs up and she can be seen smiling,telling jokes (when appropriate) and laughing OFTEN during the day! She makes the office fun and interesting, encouraging Jeff and the team in so many ways day to day she sees the struggle and is ALWAYS asking what she can do to help.

During the hiring proses he make it very clear that he wanted a job where he could produce high quality products and not just slap jobs together. I soon discovered that he puts out a very high quality final product. Kevin has consistently produced meticulous and detailed work on every single job I have put him on. If you are having Blue Star work done on your home or building you will most likely meet our seasoned team leader Jim Gannon. You can expect him to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get some Bible time in every single day before work, most days at lunch also.
Honesty and Integrity are so deeply rooted in his personality that I would trust him in any situation I can think of. He has NEVER complained one time and has NEVER one single time called in sick. This guy will be singing hymns all day long on your job so be ready for it, a bit un-normal but very refreshing and calming to be around.
Jim has been with us for at least 3 years possibly longer or, as he would say, “About a bunch of jobs”!
He is HVAC for life like me. Jim has done heat and air in big, tall apartment buildings out in fancy arias such as LA and his experience in commercial and residential HVAC install is vast and long and he has been on just about every single type of job site that I have ever asked him about.
He was in the military as a crane operator among other things.
If you are expecting our team you can safely look out your window at least 15 minutes early and you will see Jim not sleeping or doing paperwork in a company truck waiting for the day to start, he will be reading the Bible and or talking to his lord.
We were lucky enough to get Jim on our team when he was between jobs. His resume is so great I HAD to try him out! When I first contacted him to set up an interview he said, “first let me as God”. WELL! I never had to get immaculate approval to interview so I was very interested. When we met I liked him right away for lots of reasons.
After I hired him is when I discovered how great of a person and worker this guy is. He put on his resume, “extremely reliable” and let me tell you, without a doubt- HE IS!

This guy graduated from Wyotech school of HVAC with the prestigious,”Jim Jardell Academic Award” This award is only given to one shining student one time every 5 years or so and Joe earned it!
Joe worked as a maintenance supervisor for several apartment management companies while in school and sometimes they still call and ask if he would consider going back. Not a chance,if you watch him, talk to him,or if you are just around him,you will quickly see he loves what he does,and he is GREAT at it. He also loves BLUE STAR and our team loves him right back!
Work late? No problem! Get to the job very early even if it is far away? “What is the address?” I don’t think he has ever been late.
This is one team player that can get almost any job done that we do and do it with flair and style with his work often looking so good that I am often reminded, he doesn’t just get the job done- he gets it done WELL.
